Simply, terrible! When my husband and I entered the show room floor, we were instantly, greeted by the unprofessional person sitting at the long folding table whom we later found out to be the owner, Paul.  During our encounter there were two young men who emerged from behind the warehouse doors who were positioned approximately 10 - 15 ft behind Paul as if there were some type of dissension. Despite the lack of a greeting and the feeling as if we were bothering them, we advised that we are  looking to repair a few damaged hardwood flooring pieces. At this point Paul states we need to send him pictures. Of course we have not received any response.

Wimpee's Flooring went above and beyond with what I asked for. Stuart Wimpee worked with me for several weeks on this project! He was fantastic to work with! Look how beautiful they turned out!

Excellent service by Mr. Wimpee and his install crew, they refinished and stained a few of our rooms at our old house.
