Kitchen & Bath Center

Have been trying for over a YEAR to get these people to renovate our kitchen and guest bathroom. They've done nothing but give us a run around of never returning calls and no estimate. Total waste of time. Extremely unprofessional.

Alisha helped me select shower doors for our new home. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our budget. The install was smooth and simple, and we've been in the house a week now with out any issues.

Dont waste your time. Never got a call back to schedule appointment for measuring despite going to the store, picking out the product, making follow up calls, etc. Alisha says she will call and never does. I had actually called the store two times before physically going to the store two weeks later. My thinking was that would help to show up and pick the product, but no response. Its unfortunate.

Never called back. Felicia called me and realized she made a mistake by saying she mistaken me with someone else and will call me back. She never did! I asked my wife to go there and they never gave us a call back. Would never got back!

We have been to this store 3 times, checked out samples and have called and spoken to Alisha and or left messages over a 4-week period just trying to get an appointment to setup a time for them to measure to no avail. Very disappointed and now trying to find the quartz countertop I had my heart set on from another distributor. If this is the service they provide just trying to schedule measurements, I can't imagine what kind of service they provide for delivery and installation. Would not recommend.
