        Not worth the time I spent sitting in the Drive-Thru. I had a fish sandwich and asked twice for extra tartar sauce and it was so dry I could barely eat it. The ratio of fish to bun was terrible. The slice of fish was about 2/3 of the slice of one half of the bun. The price of a 32 oz soda was over $3 so I opted for the bottle of water I had in the car. Will not be returning to a Checkers anytime soon.

        As a delivery driver, I had to sit over 10 minutes at the window without being acknowledged by any of the workers its 3:46pm on 3/15/24. They glanced over a few times, and proceeded to cater to one side of the drive thru as if I did not matter.Ive reported this to my food delivery service as well. Highly unprofessional.

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
