        Sadly I had to make a bad review on this place. The head of house keeping and the main manager is just snooty and probably racist. So if your white or any other color, they will be as rude as possible. The only good thing I have to say, and it's for Mrs. Marcel, the front desk lady. She is the most sweetest and amazing one there.

        I received great customer service from Ms.Marcel. She is very friendly and helpful. I am so glad we choose Intown Suites to stay. I pleased with the service I receive from Marcel. I give Ms.Marcel five STARS..... Rooms: The room that I pay for is a little pricey. You have to be careful when you book your room and what the GM puts you in... You pay for one suite but get something that looks like Motel 6. Noteworthy details: The complaint that I have is that I asked the GM / Property Manager to fix the Hot water in bathroom sink. It has not been working since we moved in here at Intown Suites. And to this day there is no hot water in bathroom sink. I have asked the GM three times to fix it.
