We had a two bedroom suite on top floor. The suite only had one small bathroom. The bathroom door wouldnt lock. We were also unable to lock the front door and had to leave the room open for several hours at night while we went to dinner. We were assured it will be fixed that night, but it still wouldnt lock the next morning. Unable to watch internet TV (YouTube or Netflix) due to poor internet connectivity. The breakfast selection was pitiful. The milk in refrigerator was ruined. We did get an about 25% off our bill after submitting complaint to the front desk so would consider staying there again as long as the above issues are addressed.

On the road from Nashville Tennessee to Mobile Alabama. We get notification that our rooms have plumbing issues due to the recent storm but not to worry theyre putting us up at a sister hotel. All we have to do is call the hotel everything is taken care of. When we call, the lady is rude tells her she had to answer other other lines and didnt have time to deal with us and that she has no information about the reservation that was made from the town. After approximately an hour delay because we had to pull over and try to get this taken care of , we talked to townplace who says that shes had the roofers come in, The room is clean and she hopes it wont leak, but there is a storm coming again during our stay she tells us she will discount our rooms. There are three sets of a two person room, and again she assures us that all three will be comped To make a long story short, the manager now denies that she ever said that. In addition that rate quoted and received by written confirmation changed every night( we stayed from Wednesday to Saturday night) The TV in both of the bedroom would not turn off. That means we had to try to sleep with the light on from the TV or either take the Sparsely provided cover to cover the TV. We were afraid to unplug the TV because we might not have ever gotten them back on. I am very very displeased with the service or shall I say the lack of service we received. DO NOT STAY GERE Im very disappointed with Your word Your words should be your bondshould be your bond
