    Pharmacy tech couldn't have been any ruder. I've not had terrible experiences there, but after the way Andrew (claimed to be the pharmacy manager) treated me there today I will not be back. I transferred my prescription while still in line. The store employees are nice, just not the pharmacy.

    If I could give this location less than 0 stars I would. You wait for over 15 minutes for someone to answer. No one in the entire pharmacy unit is competent, whatsoever. Nor is anyone friendly or remotely interested in pretending to enjoy their job. They let me go over a week without a medication, claiming it was out of stock and have done so many times. I usually use independently owned pharmacies since I was a licensed technician in one before, but since moving I used bigger chains for easier access. However, this Walgreens did it in for me. Never again.

    The absolute worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. My doctor called in a prescription for me. I stopped by walgreens today to do some shopping and went to the pharmacy to let them know that my prescription would be ready to be filled on 4/4/24. They told me that they refused to fill it unless I had my other prescriptions transferred to them. At the same time, they said they were not aware of my other prescriptions, makes no sense, consistently contradicted themselves. They were willing to fill it 6 weeks ago but I didn't need it and asked for it to be put on hold, I was told no problem. All of my prescriptions are from the same doctor, no pharmacy or doctor shopping. Your technicians, Pharmacists and so called Pharmacy Manager who by the way is dressed so unprofessionally, a tshirt with written personal beliefs on it, hard for me to believe or take him seriously as the pharmacy manager. My doctor is fully aware that I use another pharmacy for my prescriptions but since they have been unable to get one of them in stock they called it in to Walgreens. I asked them today to fax my doctor's office to inform them that they will not fill the prescription and why, they said no. The reason was they had other customers to deal with. When Winn Dixie Pharmacy closed they transferred my presciptions to Walgreens, I immediately transferred to another pharmacy because of my previous experience in your poor customer service. My gut tells me you do not care because I received a phone call asking why I didn't stay with Walgreens, I replied because of customer service, the response was thank you and then I was disconnected. You may not care about this because you think you hold a monopoly on numerous people and their medications in this area but at some point, your unprofessional behavior that affects your clients well being along with the rude customer service will. Also, is it suitable for your employees to be snapping gum and blowing bubbles behind the counter? I hope you take this complaint seriously, not just for myself but for your other customers as well. PS: Check your reviews in the last few years, I am not alone on my evaluation.

    The service was terrible it was about six technicians and a pharmacist all they doing was playing joking around. Took my 83 year Mothers ER prescriptions there @ around about 11am still didnt have it ready before they closed now my mother has to suffer through her illness longer due the lack of concern of this pharmacy I will never use them again. And I will be contacting management. They were also are very unprofessional!
