If I said her name wrong please correct me but I looked at her name tag briefly, but she went above and beyond to help me with my flowers for my vase and was the only one working the store while attending to customers. She designed my whole look on my vase when I told her I had no sense of style and didnt know where to start. I was extremely frustrated because my baby was being impatient but Roshonda handled everything for me. Look how beautiful this vase came out! She made me so happy. Thanks so much once again

I purchased a 12 pack of the Angelus leather paints and picked this up curbside and immediately saw the top had one piece of tape on only one side and the bottom had multiple pieces of dispenser tape on the bottom. I called before I left and let the mod know about the tape and asked for someone to come back out. Well she came out and I told her that it looked like it had been returned and she stated well it was the only 1 in the store (at the time of placing the order online said they had 2) because I asked for another one. She then opened the box and opened one of the bottles and said no they aren't individually sealed, but upon arriving home the black was sealed and also the green was sealed, but every other color had the seal popped off. I am really upset that I paid almost $40 for used items. This was clearly a previous return and I wish we would have opened and inspected every each bottle before I left today.I will also note I have not contacted the store again due to the fact that I was told it was the only set in store. I will call cs tomorrow.

Jenn (Jennifer) went above and beyond on 3/8/24 while helping me pick out the perfect yarn and amount for my project. She was knowledgeable in several techniques. She showed me how the size chart worked. She told me about deals. She also helped me download and get signed up on the app so I could access the right coupon. She was so helpful.
