        Online orders for pickup not filled correctly. Items in store for me to pull off the shelf myself. Employees are rude. Since it is the only JoAnn's in Birmingham metro, a lot of people drive long distances to get there. Michael's is way better!

        Absolutely ridiculous, mindless staff. They refused to take a return because there was dust on the box. Good for needles and thread. But I won't buy anything over $10 here ever again. Greedy people.
