        The store manager told me that masks were optional for her and her employees, the red signs on the door did not mean anything, and the mandates by the state and federal government did not apply in that store. Yes, I asked her all four questions and she fiddled with the grill food not wearing a mask.

        Although this place is called Kangaroo Express, I gotta say - it looks an awful lot like a Circle K to me! Additionally, I saw no Kangaroos in the area! If there were Kangaroos Expressing themselves in the area - they were doing so serendipitously! In their defense though, I have known a few Kangaroos over the years, and they do tend to be quite shy!
