    Overall, my experience with this store, its personnel, and AT&T hasnt been a good one. I think the fundamental problem is that this store is an authorized retailer and NOT a company store, though AT&T itself has been of NO help in resolving our issues either. So, while the external branding on this store is full AT&T and you see AT&T logos all over the store, this store itself is not owned or operated by AT&T and the employees are not AT&T employees. That being said, we went here to move 5 phones (bringing our own devices) from a different provider (rhymes with horizon) to AT&T. Met a number of very nice, well-meaning employees and spoke extensively with one of the managers (rhymes with day), everything we were told turned out not to be true. Since signing up and moving our phones we have been involved in a months-long battle with both the store and AT&T, neither wanting to honor what we were quoted/promised in the store. The AT&T reps on the phone keep claiming theyre not responsible for the promises made in a store they dont own/operate, and the authorized retailer employees (when you can actually get them to respond) claim they cant do anything now that it has been turned over to AT&T. Weve been on the phone for HOURS with both. Whenever one party or the other claims to have fixed the issue with our plan we have only to wait for the next bill to arrive to find out nothing has been fixed. Nothing makes sense, the phones are on different plans, getting different discounts, we request refunds for overcharges, obtain them with promises that next month it will all be correct and next month is always different and never correct. Weve been overcharged hundreds and been working on this for 6 plus months at this point. Every time we call AT&T its like they have no notes on the account and everything is back at square 1. I have to re-authorize my wife EVERY TIME to speak with them regarding this situation, and EVERY TIME they promise she will show up as an authorized user so next time she can call them directly, and EVERY TIME she is not listed as an authorized user. EVERY TIME we talk to AT&T they claim theyre fixing the plan, all five phones will match and all five phones will get an appropriate discount; and EVERY TIME we get a bill the plan doesnt match what we were told, its more expensive than what we were told, and the phones are still on different plans with different discounts. It has been a complete DISASTER, were cutting our losses moving back to horizon. STAY AWAY!! Update to my first review 2-19-24, which looks like it has been flagged or removed. This store is owned by Prime Communications NOT AT&T. The employees are NOT AT&T employees. Do a little internet research on Prime Communications and youll see why you dont want to do business here. My experience here has been less than stellar. After originally using this store to move our five phones over from another provider, we have been overcharged hundreds of dollars on our monthly plans and have been unable to get anything resolved. We have spent literally dozens of hours on the phone with AT&T employees and have tried repeatedly to obtain assistance from employees of this store to no avail (after the sale, its not their problem). My first review has been removed/flagged/moved down, and I received a response to contact Prime Communication's customer service. I have a better idea, weve been trying to contact you repeatedly for MONTHS, why dont you guys contact me to resolve this issue and stop removing my objectively true reviews from the web. Resolve this and Ill leave a good review. Shady business, stay away.
