        Charles L. Just gave my husband the worst customer service at the Springhill location. We had some questions about extra charges on the bill and he didn't bother to ask what type of charges....all he said was, they dont' types of corrections here and sent us to the customer service number. He didn't even try to help.

        The young technician was quite knowledgable. He gave me several excellent tips to resolve my problem and keep it from happening again. I was very impressed with him. Thanks for hiring a knowledgable young man who did not fit the typical mode (???) of an AT&T technician. He was great and very knowledgeable and personable.
