AT&T Store

I spent over 60 minutes in the store to get something simple done, but after all that wasted time, there was no resolution. The rep essentially told me that they only deal with dead people's phone lines and new activations. I was also told that they carry absolutely no phones without payment plans/contracts. Essentially, if they arent going to make a sale, they dont want to help you in any way. To me, this renders brick and mortar stores utterly useless, and I will never visit one again. Total waste of my time.

I came into the airport store looking for help with my iPhone SE because my battery would not keep a charge but thanks to Keith for helping me with updating to the 14 pro he was new but such a great help thanks Keith I look forward to doing more business with you guys!!!

I have never had more one on one attention, or met a nicer group of humans than I have at this store. THESE PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY AMAZING. I'm so thankful I switched to ATT and so happy I found these amazing folks that literally dropped EVERYTHING to help me find me what I needed. And not just on my first visit, EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. the best part is they always LISTEN to me when I tell them what I'm looking for and what I need and don't need. They made me feel like family .. from the store employees to the service techs that installed our home internet. This is not only the best experience I've had with a wireless/internet company.. but probably the best experience I've had with a business in general. Thank you guys so much for all your help!
