        I have known Mrs. Michelle since I arrived in this country (1995) and she has always had the same attitude for responsibility and integrity for the well-being of this complex. Also the staff and maintenance are great. I have been living in apartments for 28 years and I always return to LAFAYETTE SQUARE APTS because they make you feel at home. family.

        One of the worst apartment complexes in mobile and if not the worst management team in town. Very unsafe a lot of shootings and robberies, theres always parties that ends up with shootings on the pool, theres almost an eviction every week, very old buildings and apartments thats never been renovated before , trash is literally everywhere even the dumpster will always have piles of trash outside of the dumpster, they charge you for pest control but they dont ever come , when you call for maintenance just be ready to have them bust into your apartment anytime without any respect to the residents, they dont have any cameras around the place to stop thieves from breaking into cars. On top of that the management team always has this attitude like youre staying there for free and by the way you can literally punch in any code on the gate keypad and it will open. Dont ever consider this place if you have a family.
