The one star is due to Brandi being a wonderful and hard worker. Thats the only positive experience I have had here. The A/C unit is too small for the apartment and does not cool. Trash compactor is too small for the apartment complex and overflowed. There is a raccoon problem here due to trash. Maintenance is not the best. Although there is one man who cleans the grounds who is a VERY hard worker. This place has a lot of potential. I hope they figure out how to turn it around.

Please do not book with this apartment complex. They will show you a different apartment then what theyre putting you in, make you sign the lease and put you in an apartment with roaches and all kind of bugs. It was no cleaning done to the apartment prior to us moving in. When I confronted the front office about they were rude and saying theres no bugs or roaches like theyre the ones staying there. They didnt want to move us to a different apartment building and they didnt let us move out. Literally the first day we moved in bugs were Stuck in the light and roaches were everywhere. You couldnt even walk in the kitchen over night without slides or shoes on. Avoid by all means if i could rate them a 0 i would!!!

Lived here 2 separate times. Once in 2018 and again in 2022. The 2022 living experience was the worst. To start I could tell they didnt hire anyone to deep clean the apartment because there were still dishes in the cabinets from the previous tenants. They never fixed maintenance issues and if they do happen to send a maintenance person out theyll have attitudes and then blame you for the maintenance issue and somehow still never fix the issue. If you live in a 2nd floor or 3rd floor apartment youll hear rodents scratching at your ceiling all night land even is you say something about it they still wont send anyone. The office assistant manager will call you and lie about electric services being disconnected in your name to try and force a lease break violation. The only dumpster they have is in the front and its constantly running over with trash sometimes in the drive way. The office manager summer was great and always respectful and helpful. The other office staff always acted liked you were bothering them with questions.

There is a great deal of rudeness among the staff especially from management. The staff also dont know anything about the apartments or how to handle simple situations. We experienced 2 floods and the maintenance still hasnt replaced the light in the kitchen. We cant even use the light in the kitchen. I am glad that we will be moving out this month. Please save your money. Please do not get confused about the lake. A loud annoying noise comes from the lake non-stop.

Ive lived here for half a year now and my experience has been pretty good overall. The majority of the staff since we moved in has been welcoming and pleasant to work with. Maintenance has been great, we usually have the same guy and I wish I knew his name to throw him a shoutout but hes just amazing and so polite to us and our pets. The biggest problems we face are that maintenance doesnt respond to every request we have. Now it does seem like internet may be an issue in the office or the website is buggy so I stay lax on this issue, doesnt hurt to just give them a call or go to the office in person.
The only other big issue is the trash situation. There is only ONE compactor and trash area for the entire complex and lots of trash goes here. The issue is made exceptionally worse when the compactor either fills up, or one lazy person starts a chain of throwing trash in front of it until the whole area piles up. I will say they do a great job of cleaning it quickly and very well when it happens, but come on there needs to be a solution instead of just cleaning up the problem. Cameras and fines, or eventually expanding their trash spots, there has to be a solution instead of just cleaning it up when its out of control. The problem will only persist or better yet, GET WORSE as people move in and see that this is the normal behavior.
