Horrible place roach infested, i kept telling them that my air wasnt working and they did nothing about anything but wanted you to pay rent i dont reccomend this to nobody!!!!

Beautifully renovated its a quiet neighborhood and managed very well love the atmosphere and the apartment in itself I would recommend you to come stay here manager od the property is A1 love her easy to talk to I'll give All As

I'm a rental at wakefield apartments and the maintenance men...Mr. Carl and Mr. Alonzo is the best maintenance men I know! They go above and beyond the call of duty!

My air-conditioning keeps breaking they said they gone send a maintenance man to come out and fix it my temperature keeps saying 83 89 81 80 never jumps past 80 before they came out it was 95 in my place

Mrs.Ann is the sweetest woman ever. She knew I was having trouble getting into a place being new to the area, the first one didnt work out so well, but luckily she had a vacancy just in the most of my problem with the first property. I told her I loved the place and Ill be moving in tomorrow. Shes very professional and works quick. Im excited about my first place in Mobile.
