Glen Arbor Apartments

I went in to do an application and the manager kim was so rude and nasty to me then she gose to tell me that i didn't make enough to get a three bedroom apartment i work as a school teacher how i don't make enough so another couple came in and did an application and they work at burger King and dollar general and she let them do an application the nerve of her. I would not recommend nobody to apply there.

The staff was extremely rude. She wasnt welcoming when I came in and she said the prices and didnt give me any documentation to back up what she was saying. She said oh we dont have price list, its all online. Ive never heard of an apartment complex that doesnt have a price list and she said theres no rooms available without even looking it up.. Then she was like IF you are approved and dont have any backed child support or debt like oh okay, you just assume I am on child support or have someone on child support because Im black. Ive never heard anything more unprofessional. Then she was like thank you and have a good day. After she was being a Witch with B. And I didnt respond and she repeated herself.. like guh bye! But she got what she wanted because Im not even going to attempt to live here. If I dont like you now, Im not going to want to deal with you later. And I dont have to time dealing with someone playing with my application fee money. Tbh I feel that if theres no rooms available, they shouldnt be at work. Because theyre getting paid to do nothing. They just need to get rid of property management and do everything online. That way no one has deal with ignorant/ rude people, who dont want to work. Your job isnt even hard. Also she lied. Because there isnt a price list online. Just like she lied about her hair color being black. Honey it doesnt look natural try again. But aye it makes her look like the true witch that she is. Halloween came early

The apartments are very nice. The prior staff was very friendly an helpful. The new lady Kim is very rude an disrespectful.Shes a bully.I will be contacting Coorprate an hud. Which may not do any good . But Im doing it anyway. With a different staff they would be great.

I moved into Glen Arbor Apartments over 3 years ago. The reason i moved in was because it was a non smoking facility and i was determined to quit smoking which i did. The apartments are really nice and spacious. And the location is wonderful for my day to day activities. I noticed on several reviews tenants speaking negatively about the management here. My experience has been totally the opposite.The staff is really nice and friendly to me and i interact with them daily. I guess because i follow the rules and pay my rent on time i haven't had any problems. I really enjoy living here and i would recommend Glen Arbor to any other my family and friends.
