These apartments are not safe. You cant walk around (DAY OR NIGHT!!!!) without having fear of who and what will happen around you. Seems as if this is section 8 housing!! There are people that are always hanging around in the same spot everyday. You hear lots of domestic issues. A shooting happened here 1 week ago from today and they have NOT addressed the issue!! They do not care at all!! And the dumpster is always overfilled. Work orders are never done. Apartments have potential but until they get rid of these issues these apartments are a 0 rating.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Bexley Ridge Apartments for a few months now, and it has been a nightmare. Our downstairs neighbors first confronted us about our german shepherd dog, claiming that she is an "aggressive breed" and should not be let outside. Then he bangs on our door, accusing us of being "too loud" for simply WALKING around our apartment like normal humans. Today, my stepdaughter was walking to the kitchen when our neighbor began banging on the ceiling as loudly as he could, scaring my stepdaughter and causing her to cry. My stepdaughter thought she was the one responsible for THEM beating on the ceiling. When my boyfriend went to the front desk, they did NOTHING. They just urged him to ignore our downstairs neighbor, as if ignoring him would make him quit bothering us. They're allowing this behavior, which isnt okay. This is not acceptable, and we plan on terminating our lease. I recommend looking for other apartments before considering this one.
