These apartments are awesome, but even better is the management. Teena made the experience! The apartments are great too! Plenty of storage space, great neighbors, amazing location, awesome neighborhood. All around really super place to live.

We have enjoyed living here! It is surprisingly quiet and in a great location to walk around the neighborhood with our dog! The management staff and maintenance are top-notch and able to get our requests completely in a timely manner.

We have live at Garden District Apartments for nearly 13 years, and would not live anywhere else in Mobile. The beautiful, peaceful neighborhood is perfect for long walks with the dog. The courtyards are beautifully landscaped and a joy to watch bloom. Management is INCREDIBLE. She has gone above and beyond recently when my husband was hospitalized, a true gem, making sure we had everything in place to come home. Maintenance is OUTSTANDING! He has responded to all our needs in a timely manner, no problems whatsoever. This is a wonderful place to live.

I wish I could have stayed longer! The best apartment experience I've ever had. Management and maintenance techs are kind and knowledgeable while making the process of communicating stress free. The charm of the apartment and neighborhood is amazing! Peaceful yet vibrant. The experience helped make this chapter in my life special.
