Very poor maintenance not safe dont care about safety the management is awful shows allot of neglect to tenants and their safety the inside is very low quality and over priced very narrow I stayed in Better reasonable places that was my worse Apartment experiment im a non smoker and the walls are like chalk i tried washing but water stains came and chalk rubbed off I helped two relatives move furniture in and i as well and we all had a hard time do to the very narrow confined spacing the door area will not allow you to bring couches in only chairs is not couches friendly do not try they will not fit or will rip or you will have to get rid of also have bedbugs'' VERY BAD FLOOD AREA'' a lil rain will flood your transportation want do no good using parking lot when it rain poor sewage as well The front been burned down for several months then rent goes up still six months in the hold they have not worked on it one maintenance man nobody want to work here or for whom ever she is shes have to have some habit issues to treat property tenants and workers as such from the look of it she cant keep staff or hire workers to fix on the front i mean rent is money should not be the issue.seem suspicious im guessing low poor maintenance and management they owner is very selfish about any issues unless is rent payments she train the office managers to be as well which they don,t last always new office mangers not stable or safe need better updates especially since the cost of rent went up but the maintenance seem to get very nitty believe the tenants the management its all for money and sales its a lemon im glad i relocated i was so in a rush for nun a tree house, Im not the first to complain on manger and the living especially in the inside is and out is below-market.

Poor Living i and my wife were looking for somewhere close to our jobs until our home gotten ready but as we rode by on several occasions our decision was a no we both expected a better living environment especially in the area the homes around the neighborhood are nice and well cared for but its allot of things we caught that we didn't agree on and rather not put our hard earnings towards allot of lack of care and etc no thanks!
