Rocket City Veterinary Hospital

Not many places that will take about any animal you can imagine, but this is the one. Everyone is so nice. I took one of my snakes in, and I have not yet met anyone that wasn't pleasant. You can tell when people love where they work, and everyone there I have met seems to love where they work. Very knowledgeable staff. If I lived closer, this would be the only vet I went to. My best friend Sadie Bear had one of her front nails break and was in bad shape. Called up and spoke with Brian. From the very start Brian was extremely comforting and helpful with the stressful situation. Had me drive over immediately and got Sadie in before the staffs lunch period and did a 5 star job. Always had great experiences here but this one had to be highlighted. Thank you to the staff and Brian!

We had to put our baby Zephyr down today and the staff was incredible. They worked us in last minute. They have Amazon music speakers in each room and we were able to play music that meant something to us. The staff was so sweet and super compassionate. They are even handling the cremation of our best boy. This was a sad experience but this vets office made it humane and comforting.

Gosh I love this place. Every time I have brought my pets there, I have been happy with the experience. Both their normal services and emergency after hours services have all been great. Just a warning, the following is a sad story, but I had to tell it to explain how great I think this clinic is! I recently had to rush my guinea pig in at 11pm for an emergency visit, and they did everything they could to save her. I brought her back the next day hoping she would make it through (she was experiencing heart failure and ended up going into cardiac arrest). One of the ladies that helped us the night before was even texting in to try to get updates on my baby, it was soooo sweet!! Everyone was so nice and so helpful and were really sweet while I was grieving. They even went out of their way to try to make me a nice, quiet space to say goodbye to her and cry for like too long lol. I really appreciated all of this. I feel like these are the types of things that show how good a clinic is because the people truly care about your babies, doesn't matter how big or small!

RCV staff is amazing, they have taken care of two of our hamsters and now our English bulldog. They are caring and supportive every time we go. We drive from south Huntsville to go here and wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you RCV From our Family to yours.
