I was pleasantly surprised to first have manager Jason answer the call over the weekend. I explained my problem with Carpenter Bees and he assured me I will be pleased with the service they would provide , explaining the process. I met with Joe the technician who called me 15 minutes prior to his visit. Joe came in and explained what treatment would be done. He did this with a smile, while my dog harassed him. I cant wait not to see the Carpenter Bees. I am happy to be a customer.

I was using cook's pest control for almost 2 years and there was only 1 month out of that whole 2 year's that I didn't see any bug's so my husband started calling around to find other pest control places and he came across scout pest control and we have been using them for about 6 months and within 2 weeks of joe coming I haven't seen NOT 1 bug!!! Joe is so respectful and nice I just love talking to him. I'm definitely going to be a customer for life!!!!
