Just top notch service in every way. We have regular coverage through Cooks and had to make a few modifications to our service due to medical issues and they enthusiastically rolled with the punches.
Phillip, our representative is friendly, professional and knows his stuff.
We've been a customer for a little over 2 years now and have been pleased with the results, the cost and that we don't have mice in the attic any more.
10/10

Why your truck was sitting in front of my house for 10 minutes for no reason other than to play on their phone is beyond me. Don't ypu realize how it looks in a neighborhood when you park in front of someone's house? There was a parking lot across the street

Hello. We were made aware of the video shortly after it was posted. The technician was terminated the same day.He was not trained to do what he did. We take every precaution possible to ensure we hire people who will demonstrate a high level of integrity. Unfortunately, there is no perfect process for doing this. However, Cook’s will always hold our employees accountable for failing to demonstrate integrity and violating a customer’s privacy.
