Ive been working with Kodi for about three months now. I had stalled in my CrossFit training and knew my poor nutrition was holding me back. Kodi was able to help me make changes to my nutrition that immediately began impacting my performance in a positive way. His knowledge and genuine concern for helping me meet my goals not only improved my physical performance but also my emotional performance.The way I was talking to myself about my ability to work hard and make progress was improving every day. It wasnt long before I entrusted Kodi with tailoring not only my nutrition but also my CrossFit training. I wanted to push myself to do and be more and I knew with Kodis guidance and continual encouragement that I would continue to progress. It has been a long time since I have felt motivated to push myself.
