Jay-R is amazing. He highly skilled as a trainer, and connects with his athletes in a way that pushes their performance to the next level. He builds trust with the athletes and leads by example. He is always studying and training himself to be better which is so refreshing because as the athlete grows and needs the next level of training Jay-R is able to meet that need. My son has been training with Jay-R for a little over a year and in that time he has made huge leaps in his ability to play basketball, but has also learned so many valuable lessons that make him a well rounded athlete. We dont trust anyone else!!

Strow Show Basketball provides my athlete a high quality training environment with immediate results. The intensity of each session is applicable to a game environment. We have been with Stow Show Basketball for 1 year and my child definitely has the skills to compete on the next level. Coach Jay-R teach things differently and has a different approach for each athlete to achieve their personal goals. He has inspired by child to want to trading 24/7, by translating his knowledge on a level she understands and can implement. More importantly than training, Jay- R is one of her role models. She has learned numerous life lessons from him and knows he cares for her as person. The only one we trust!!

Jay-R is the most consistent and thorough basketball trainer weve ever had. He understands what the athlete needs to work on and tailors a plan for development. He ensures the athletes understand how to handle in-game situations and teaches them to make quick decisions. He is exceptional at what he does! Jay-R communicates well with the kids and makes it fun where it doesnt feel like theyre training. The app makes it easy to book your sessions and he is very great at communicating any venue changes!
