Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Update: Was told by lady in management they would look at the cameras and get back with me. Per my request I asked for them to email all details. Said they would check this A.M. and let me know. No response. Valvoline: Im still waiting on the email from your camera footage. Was suppose to hear back Monday per email and Today is Tuesday.. I requested email but was left voicemail from unknown number. Please send by email. To address the answer I was told they would email me all details from the cameras and send the answer to my email. They have yet to send the email they agreed to send. Calling me from an unknown number I dont answer unknown calls. I requested and told management everything and they said they would email. Beware Ive been here twice, Im not sure if its a coincidence or not but both times had problems with my vehicle afterwards. Now oil leaking. Hissing sounds coming from AC area and then my coolant started running out and cost me a lot of money(coolant problems 1st visit) the rest after 2nd visit. Im not sure what the deal but Ill stick to going to my dealership from now on no issues when going to my dealership. I just thought an oil change was an oil change I dont prefer to have anyone messing around with the other parts of my vehichle. Just let them know nothing more than an oil change. Just learned they also check all the other unless you opt out and if you dont know or given the option you dont know. Of course I would opt out . Yes its convenient but Im no longer interested in convenience just satisfaction. After researching I found the following: During an oil change if the coolant lid is not put back on properly it can cause your car to over heat. When gages are put on your AC unit to check Freon and not properly sealed back you will hear hissing sounds Freon leaking ( I now hear that) after the second oil change. Oil leaking seeing that too. These are checks that I was told they do when I talked to the lady at the store on the phone today I did file a complaint and will update with how they handled the situation.

I took names and for a pleasure this time .Alexa, jason, Danyella and Kevin were absolutely an awesome group. This oil change was like a military operation lol. Brought my Mercedes Gls and felt like a better job than the dealer . Keep up the great work guys. 3/23/24 Had my oil changed and another one of our trucks these guys are the absolute best very professional, courteous I thought maybe the first time I came here or the second time was just a fluke , but this is our third vehicle here and these guys are absolutely the best great job.

Outstanding folks, excellent and clean service. Brian in particular is a joy to talk to and it's clear that he cares first and foremost about the customer and their vehicle.
