Firestone Complete Auto Care

I used their online system to schedule an appointment for 3/17/24 at 3pm. I received an email stating they received my request and if "THEY" are unable to keep the appointment, someone will contact us. My wife goes there at 3pm today and was told that the appointment cannot be met because "Their" systems do not communicate. The next available is on 3/19 yet if you look at their website for appointments, Every Hour is available for 3/18. Why am I waiting? Why was I made to feel like I did something wrong? Why am I giving Firestone my money?? I'm NOT! Keep your fake appointments Firestone. My money will be better utilized somewhere else.

The service manager was professional, helpful and awesome! I was in and out with only a short delay, 10/10 recommend their service. The car drives so much better after the alignment.

Only thing that is upsetting about my visit is that they found I needed both tires and brakes (was hoping for one or the other). Other than the surprise of that news, everything else was fine. Staff was informative and friendly

Liars and crooks! Needed to buy two tires about a month ago. This place told us that Firestone no longer stocks our particular tire (despite it being listed as available on firestones website) and that we could pay an extra $150 per tire for the newer model. We ended up going to the Firestone on Airport Rd and they were able to get us the tires we wanted with no problems at all. This Firestone location also has problems honoring their appointments. We scheduled an appointment to have our tires balanced and rotated and when we showed up for the appointment we were told they werent going to be able to work on our car that day. The employee working also showed little empathy or offered any sort of solution or compensation for wasting our time. Ive given this location two chances to earn my business and they have failed miserably both times. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend using this shop for anything. If you are looking for a good firestone shop I recommend using the one on Airport Road.
