Huntsville Hospital Physician Care at Madison

This “doctor” is a joke. Neither one of them are actual doctors, and are out to just get money from you. My husband and I scheduled yearly physicals (100% covered by insurance) with this office, and were given new patient paperwork to fill out, and because my husband checked a box about experiencing something and THEY brought it up, he is now being charged extra money. They changed the coding to a sick visit instead of a year preventative care visit. So basically they trick you into talking about something so they get more money out of you. Also, the manager was absolutely a waste of time to talk to, to try and get the problem fixed. Needless to say we will not be back to this office, and will find a real doctor who will not take advantage of us.

Horror show. Absolute worst experience with a "doctor" (she wasn't a doctor) I have ever had in my life. Paid over a hundred bucks to have her say "oh I won't treat that issue." Not "I can't" I WON'T" And they knew the issue when I made the appointment. Thieves. Sickening. EDIT I Was able to get my money back

Nice clean quiet place. Exactly what you would want from a clinic/hospital.
