Staff was great but DR Collignon was awful. I do not recommend this guy. He actually blamed the patient for not bringing paperwork that he wasn't told to bring. Then he answers by saying it's not my problem. I have never seen this from a medical professional anywhere.

Dr. Bailey is very thorough and knowledgeable on anything veins.  Highly recommend him for your vein issue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collignon's for over 2 years and he has given me appropriate care up to this point. First I would like to say, the staff in Madison is professional and very friendly; however, if you ever have a billing issue, good luck.  Elaine (office mgr/billing) refuses to returns phone calls when my insurance company told me not to pay a bill I had already pre-paid for.  I called on 5 separate occasions, left messages and she never returned one call.I thought I was on the home stretch of my vein issues, when I received a letter stating he will no longer provide my care because; "Continued disagreement and bullying of my staff over billing and copay issues."  Who knew trying to figure out why I was being billed for a pre-paid procedure and my insurance told me not to pay anymore money to them was bullying.  Sounds like Elaine doesn't like anyone to question her decisions and so she lied to Dr. Collignon when I was doing nothing more than leaving messages.So if you choose him as a provider be prepared if you don't agree or your insurance tells you not to pay for something they could stop treating you too.  Maybe if he looses a few more patients he'll wise up and actually speak to the patient about the issue instead of believing someone who is obviously lying to him.
