We like Bright Stars, all 4 kids seeing medical professionals there. We have been visiting for the last 4 years. No complaints. The staff is awesome.

My son has been a patient since birth ( ie. 8 years). Dr. Jain is amazing! However the lack of professionalism exhibited by the front office staff is a disgrace. We will be changing. It is time to clean house because you will lose many more patients due to their behavior.

My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Jain for her entire life (almost 5 years). He has been absolutely amazing with her and his Nurse Practioners have been equally amazing when we can't see him. I will say, our family has run into several issues with their front desk staff treating us like a major inconvenience when my husband and I are just advocating for our daughter like good parents should. That all changed today when we had to make a call for Dr. Jain to send in more sessions to our daughter's speech therapist and we spoke to a lovely lady named Tiffany. I don't think I've ever seen her or spoken to her, but she was able to help us with what we needed in a timely manner and was very polite throughout the entire phone call. Dr. Jain, if you are reading this, please give Ms. Tiffany the recognition she deserves and hire a million more like her.
