The Lice Place Huntsville

Never met the guy but drove my son to the address listed on Google maps. I asked the guy if they opened at 9 like they said. "We are" so I told him the door was locked. "Where are you?" I explained that I was at the address listed online. He said "yeah we that office closed 2 years ago." I figured with the great reviews and only bad comments were about customer service, I just thought it was a disgruntled guy. NOPE I got to speak with the owner and experience the customer service myself. Man he's a real d!ck

The receptionist was very sweet but the owner that answered the phone was extremely rude. Youre in a business where your customers are already stressed. Maybe you need to find a new business. Obviously customer service is not your strong point.

I can not not say enough about how professional and kind the ladies are at the Madison location. They immediately put me at ease. They also took the time to educate me on both prevention and treatment. Thank you.

My 2 sons were treated at the Lice Place in Madison. They were very knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable. The children were completely at ease. Their treatment was thorough and the products they use are all natural and safe. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
