        I got charged for coverage that I specifically told them I didn't want. The company refused to correct the problem. The owner, Matt, ignored repeated emails and didn't even acknowledge me. I will not be getting insurance here in the future.

      We hate to hear that your experience was not excellent. However, it is not accurate that your emails were ignored. We have copies of all correspondence showing that we worked diligently to correct the problem only to be told no by your insurance carrier. At that point, it is outside of our control.
