Hi Jennifer, I am sorry our office seemed not friendly on the phone. I notice in the notes we have on your information that we got your call at 9:04am on the 24th of October. We do get back to our calls for quotes as soon as we can and sometimes that will be prior to the close of business. I see that you wanted quotes for you and your spouse. I also see that Natasha only spoke with you on the phone once at 9am to get your information and then again around 4:58pm to let you know the quotes had been emailed. At 4:58pm on 10/24/23 we got you the quotes for you and your spouse and you said you had a better premium where you were and would stay there. Then at 6:00pm you sent your son's information for us to run him auto quotes. We got those auto quotes completed and sent out to you on 10/25/2023 at 2:30pm and we never heard back from you after that. We strive to do our best in quoting call ins and our own customers as quickly as possible. Sometimes we don't get all the information needed immediately for what ever reason and we do have to contact the customer to get that information. We also run our quotes through about 15 different carriers, not just one since we are independent. That does take time. We apologize for any incovenience this may have caused and will make sure we do better letting people know what our quoting process is. Our phone system only notes the two phone calls and we do have a voicemail which lets you know that we may be with a customer or on another phone line and if you leave a message we get back to you as soon as possible and worse case prior to the close of business and we give our business hours. We never received one voicemail from you. I am assuming since we did not hear back that you were not interested in the quotes either way. We will strive to be more informative on our voicemail and when speaking with callers.
