5-STAR SERVICE! My sincere THANKS to Alexandra at US Cleaners on Country Line. I dropped off my laundry 9/9/22 and inadvertently left my laundry bag on the counter. (Didn't even know I was missing the bag when I got home). When I returned to pick my laundry, Alexandra had my bag folded and waiting for me. Have never had any issues with my laundry at US Cleaners. I've been a regular at US Cleaners in Madison for a while now, and I'm genuinely surprised to see that they only have a few reviews online. It's high time I share my experience to give them the recognition they deserve. The team here is exceptional - they're not just professionals at what they do, but also incredibly courteous and friendly. Every time I drop off my clothes, I am met with warm smiles and excellent service. They've consistently kept my clothes looking sharp and well-maintained. I've also used their alteration services at the Jordan Lane location. They've been a lifesaver, expertly fixing jackets of mine that were missing buttons. Their attention to detail is remarkable. Recently, they dry cleaned my cotton coat, and it was returned to me looking brand new, just in time for winter. Their ability to handle a variety of fabrics and garments with care is something I truly appreciate.I often think that people are quick to leave a negative review but rarely take the time to write a positive one. US Cleaners definitely deserves more praise for their outstanding service. If you're in Madison and in need of a reliable dry cleaner or alteration service, I can't recommend US Cleaners enough. They've earned a loyal customer in me, and I'm sure they'll do the same for you.
