I chose this dry cleaner because its a franchise owned by a Korean. I thought it would provide excellent service. On June 7, I went into the store to have my curtains dry cleaned. Theres a lot of ornaments on the curtains that cost me $2500, which is why I chose to have them dry cleaned. To my surprise, Kay Cleaner damaged the ornaments on the curtains. I cant use the curtains any more. Whats even worse is the store owners attitude after I brought up the issue. They refused to offer any solutions and refused to even apologize. The owner had the guts to tell me to file a complaint as she didnt care. Im telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs. They charge higher than other places too. They charged me $327 for ruining my curtains.
