I was there with my boyfriend so that he could get home wifi service. The customer service was very nice and helpful and had answers to all questions we asked. Good experience.

Probably the worst customer service, in-store, online and over the phone! When I walked in the store, I felt overlooked, like a burden. I don't think certain fees should be paid by walk-in customers while other customers have those same fees waived, at the employees discretion!

I use to love going there , there but now when I tell them I have a problem with my email ,she makes fun of me when I tell her that the email room has been tore up at the top the y see right into my room
