The woman told me she couldnt transfer my phone service to my new phone because my husband wasnt there and he is the account holder even though my name is linked to my number and had a bad attitude the whole time. Left me with no phone service since he was at work and couldnt come by, I even asked if we could call him and i know the account pin and she said there was nothing she could do. Honestly seemed like she just didn't want to do anything out of her way to help us. Went to the Jacksonville store and they helped me in less than 5 minutes. The anniston store had horrible customer service, I will definitely be avoiding this store from now on.

Waited .....standing in store for 1 hour 6 customers and 2 employees I would suggest paying bill online and if something else is the issue call customer service to handle it over the phone..... there was a lady waiting to pay a bill for an hour...
