Kiara was really helpful and professional during the pick up process. I took longer than expected to get my move done and she & Melissa worked with me on a later vehicle return. U-Hauls mobile return was easy to figure out, but I did it after I dropped keys in self return slota lesson for me for next time. I would definitely use this location in the future. It seems well managed & you have great employees. .

Rob Davenport was my point of contact for my truck rental experience. Atrocious customer service combined with poor social skills equals a recipe for a terrible employee. My issue was not only dismissed as user error, but I was talked down to. I will never use this location again simply because of the lack of care that ole Bobby "CLEARLY" demonstrated.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I rented a truck from here for 4 hours. I was told to bring it back with a half of a tank of gas and then had to do the mobile inspection of the outside of the truck myself via my phone. I did this and clicked that it was clean since thats relative. It had dirt in the floor board and stank of smoke. There was a dirty jacket behind the seat. So, seeing this as their level of clean, when I start the truck and saw that the gas was maybe a millimeter below half, I assumed that would half had some leeway as well. After driving 40 miles, I stopped for gas and put in 2.5 gallons, then drove maybe 4 miles. The gas gauge was back where I had gotten it. No one was there as I missed them by 10 minutes, which was fine. When I got the receipt the next day, I was charged for almost 2 gallons of gas. When I called, they said that I didnt return it half way and that I should have said something before I left the lot. This truck gets 18 miles to the gallon, and I traveled 44 miles. They didnt need to add 2 gallons at their inflated price. The manager said I should have said something before leaving the lot and that I should have asked for tue woman behind the counter to come out to inspect the vehicle with me. Called a customer service number and a dispute was filed and was told Id hear from a manager within 3 days. Havent heard a thing.
