Dr Haskell and Kelley both are great to work with! They both listen to my concerns and give me treatment or advice on them.

I had an appointment with Dr. Haskell yesterday at this location, and left feeling empowered and encouraged. I was really nervous about going in there with my laundry list of concerns, but Dr. Haskell took the time to listen patiently and make recommendations and referrals. When she didn't know something, she wasn't afraid to say, "This is out of my wheelhouse, but I can recommend someone who can answer that." I appreciate that in a doctor! I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Dr. Haskell & team, for providing great care.

Went there today. I should have known when the receptionist hung up on me yesterday that this place was going to be a nightmare. The receptionist with the pony tail talked badly about several patients as I waited in the room. There was a bigger lady who was in distress because of her child and wanted to be seen as soon as possible. Her child was in PAIN. Instead of being empathetic or sympathetic, the receptionist with the pony tail called her names and said why dont she just go somewhere else!?. So, that made me mad. Additionally, I sat in that room from 9 am to 1145 am with no one checking in on me. So, I politely escorted myself out. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I will never be coming back. You want a good urgent care? Go to PDQ urgent care off of drake. They saw me immediately and treated me kindly. Youre in the customer service industry ladies. Act like it.

This is the worst place I've ever been to in my life. The doctor was very unprofessional. She walked in the room and greeted me with the most disgusted sounding "wasup", I explained my symptoms IN a wheelchair, and she told me that she wouldn't prescribe any pain medication to me and that I need to go to the emergency room, and immediately walked out of the room yelling to everyone that she wasn't prescribing me pain medication. She did not take the time out to try and explain anything to me. She is clearly not in this business for the right reasons. I didn't care what I was prescribed, if anything, I just wanted answers to why it felt like my brain was beating my skull and why my legs wouldn't allow me to walk after getting covid. My doctor sent me here because he didn't have an opening. I will NEVER visit this place again!
