not surprised by all the negative reviews, was looking for an urgent care and had left a voicemail, didn’t get past the first call with them as when they called me back i could hear the receptionist talking bad about me not realizing the phone had picked up, saying things like “i don’t know why she would call here, we don’t handle those kinds of issues, why would she be calling us” and then “……oh hello! just giving you a call back!” once she realized i was actually on the line. told them i was no longer interested after hearing such rude talk, definitely avoid this place.

This urgent care is terrible! My children were actually went to Happi family doctors office before but their services was so terrible I found another doctor. My 2 youngest complained of ear aches so I took them to the urgent care to be seen. Waited for 4 hours & left because I had to pick up my oldest from school. My kids were never seen by a doctor plus there were other kids being seen & they came way after my kids. I should have never taken them their & wasted my time. The only good thing is they have rapid covid test. Everything else is terrible. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME!

If you are in need of a rapid covid test this is not the place to go. I understand that people are short staffed but there is no organization to the testing in the parking lot. People are driving up while others have waited (in line) 30 minutes or more to get tested. And a nurse has the nerve to suggest(after 3rd attempt) that people go to Walmart and buy the rapid test for $30. **If I could leave no stars I would**

They told me they were doing rapid tests at 2 so I waited and go back at 2 for them to tell me something came up and now they aren’t doing them til 2:30.
