Great paint. I really use nothing else. But when I was in the store there was only one employee. I understand that a paint store may not have a high volume of customers at certain times, but when I was in, there were 4 other customers and the one employee's time was being dominated by a customer who couldn't make up her mind. The rest of us could do nothing but wait. But, I still will only use Sherwin Williams paint.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here on 1/6/24. I'm not sure of the name of the girl who was working but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I got there nobody was at the counter for about 5 minutes, then she came out with her shirt on backwards and inside out, and was clearly upset that she had to help me. I was trying to figure out what paint I needed for my new build home and she couldn't even tell me what my options were to look at to take home and try to match. She was unnecessarily rude and kept walking into the back while I was trying to ask questions. Overall an uncomfortable situation and I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.

Jarrett's dedication and passion to color match even the toughest colors, is impressive. He stuck with it for 45 minutes while still helping customers during paint shake-ups. He is truly dedicated to customer service and knows how to gain repeat business. Well done and keep up the great work!
