        Tried reaching by phone to set up a new appointment. Left a voice message. Havent heard back in a couple weeks. Would be appreciative at least a call back to clarify if fully booked.

        I tried to reach out to find a therapist since I'm in the middle of a mental health crisi I call them and instead of someone there to help me with the process all I got was a recording telling me to go back to their damn webpage and read through ALL THE FREAKING BIOS TO CHOOSE WHO TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH!!!!  Really?!?!? Just how many people like me who are suicidal have gone ahead like I'm about to do and kill themselves because these people couldn't be bothered to answer a phone call and help someone with this process.  So wow just wow I hope some family Sue's you people for the death of their loved ones just because you can't be bothered to answer the damn phone. Shame on you!!!!!
