I attended Adrian Hargroves Anger Management class for a court ordered 8hrs. I walked in thinking Id get nothing out of it but Adrian helped me understand and get a new perspective about my emotions. I learned that just because you dont blow up doesnt mean you lose power/control over the conversation, you gain it. Instead of blowing up, Ive learned to not use my emotions in an argument and outwardly speak my mind about what I need in the situation. When my husband brought up the idea of marriage counseling I was very hesitant and nervous, but I was willing to do anything to make our marriage better as we did not have great role models growing up. From the initial session Christine made me comfortable to open up. We had a connection right away. With our 1 on 1 session I felt comfortable opening up about things I've never wanted to say out loud. Christine helped us learn to communicate in ways that got through to each other. We have learned how to be a couple and have the relationship we were never shown and I can't thank her enough for all she has done for us. I have never looked forward to going to therapy so much and I have never been afraid to tell her anything. I would recommend her to anyone needing someone to talk to. She has never given me the impression that this is just a career . She cares about her patients and feels a friend you can relate to.

This place was recommended to me and my experience so far has been AMAZING. I see Christine and she is the absolute best. I feel the best I have in weeks and it's all thanks to her and the push she gave me to take steps towards healing and recovering. They are invested in me and care for me not only as a patient but simply as a human being. If you are on the fence about counseling or therapy please take this as your sign to give it a try - you will not regret it. Huge shout out to Christine Schonbachler! you are the best!!

I have been struggling with a very toxic friendship for years that ultimately lead me to seek counseling. That was the best decision I could have made for myself. My counselor help me not only build courage but confidence in my all my relationships. She help me have hard conversations that I could never have with people. And I say thank you. Aspire counseling has been my help. They make you feel apart of their family. It felt as if you are talking to someone you have known for years. Which gave me relief every time.
