My trash can was to full so I put a bad in front of my can they got out moved the bag and left it in the road then wont answer when called

I live on a very icy laden road , today our garbage collector could not get the truck down the road,he in turn got out of the truck and proceeded to walk down the ice covered road and pulled both of the cans through the ice to empty them and then he carefully slipped and slid bringing them back to my home . Thank you Madison County for Excellence Service.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with any company lately. It was my fault for not putting out my can the night before. But, the came back within 45 minutes before leaving town for the week. Thank you for y'all's professionalism!

County trash pickup is a joke. The guy that picks up in our neighborhood slings trash cans. Today, our trash can was destroyed. This will be the second time in a matter of months. The first occurrence, the trash can had a huge gash in the side.
