image Been using them for over a year i got hit with two overage charges in one month but the overages were for previous months. When i called they told me it was because i had missed the cutoff for billing which i didnt understand since i had been billed and paid since the charges. They also hit me for a ridiculous amount for fuel charges because they said of the overages. Based on their reasoning if its over they get charged more so i asked if its less than half full do i get charged less and of course the answer was no. Seems like its either like what they give you or your out of luck.

image I have a blue Republic construction dumpster sitting out in front of my apartment building in the Davis apartment homes for probably about 2 years now and they continually let the apartment complex overflow it 4 to 5 ft over the top of the of the dumpster.not only is it a health hazard t's a rodent attraction too. The drivers are disgusted and they take pictures of what's going on but nothing is done about it. When will this dumpster be removed from in front of our apartment building? It's a disgusting mess.

image Highly suspicious billing practices (full story below).
I used their services one time in April of 2018. They delivered a 20-foot dumpster, which I paid for in advance, to the tune of $514. It was delivered and time and picked up on time, with no problems.
Or so I thought...
In November, I get a phone call from Republic, asking when I'd like to pay my $300 bill. Naturally I was pretty confused, since I only used their services once, and everything went as expected. The rep stated that the fees must have been a "computer error" (their words), but they were listed as a MINIMUM LIFT FEE (again their words). The guy rushed me off the phone, saying it would be resolved, and don't worry about it.
A month later the same thing happens again. I receive a phone call, I state that I don't intend to pay these fees, the rep agrees it's a computer error, rushing me off the phone, assuring me it'll be resolved.
Then in January I receive a bill, indicating that I've been referred to their in-house collections. I've been calling every day for two weeks now trying to resolve this, and they state my account has been escalated, and that it's been forwarded to the "local division" to issue the $300 credit, since the amount is over the authority of the call center (again, their words).
I'll give an update on how this gets resolved, once it does. At this point, I'm going to continue to call every day, and I have reported my case to the Better Business Bureau.
EDIT: just realized I never updated this! BBB got ahold of someone who could actually close the account and clear the bill and it was resolved promptly. The service itself was perfectly fine but their billing and their call center? The word "garbage" comes to mind.
