Dr. Battle is a crook! She took my desperation and used it against me. I was desperate to find someone to do my 8 year olds root canal with sedation. She quotes me 4000$ for the procedure under general anesthesia. She gave me valium and verset to give my daughter for the 4 appointment she made us come to which obviously is not general anesthesia not to mention I found out later from a real doctor they dont give verset to kids because it doesnt work. When I asked for a partial refund since she did not use the general anesthesia she said she would use she said no refund because she had to pay for a room at the hospital and pay her staff and I found out she charged my insurance and kept that money too!!! Now 4 months later I found out she did the root canal and never sealed it so bacteria has gotten in the hole and I have to pay for a whole new root canal!!! Stay away from this place she is a crook who plays games with people!
