I went in for a root canal and it took 6 months and 5 rounds of antibiotics to get it done and considering my tooth is still sensitive and hurts Id say it was done wrong. It took 6 hours for the root canal to be completed and every time I went back I was there for many hours each time just waiting for nothing. The last time I went they forgot to put my appointment in the system before hand so I had to leave and come back. I dont recommend.

No info on Dr. Battle. This review is for the front line office staff. I was repeatedly put on hold for 7:33 when I called to make an appointment by a receptionist who sounded like she was to busy to deal with potential patents versus chit chat with fellow co-workers. After being on hold for all this time still no appointment was scheduled. Very disappointed.

This was the absolute worst dental experience I've had my entire life. Would not reccomend. My first appointment was a routine teeth cleaning. They sat me in the chair, had me pay a $20 co-pay to clean my teeth (which I've never had to pay a co-pay when getting my teeth cleaned). They did x-rays and then pulled me into a consultation room and told I needed $33,000 worth of work and still Never cleaned my teeth. I was very disappointed and had to make another appointment to waste my time to come back and get my teeth cleaned. Absolutely most obsurd thing, came back to get my reach cleaned a week later. After waiting over an hour at get started. The dentist comes in and took 3 to 5 mins to do an entire teeth cleaning. I was so upset and said "that's it". My cleaning normally last 20 to 30 mins at all prior dentist I've been to over the years. I've always had the hygienist clean my teeth and then the dentist comes in and goes over everything. I was to say the least, very upset and disappointed when i left this office. I told them, i would never be back and would tell everyone about the scandals they running up there. Highly don't recommend this dental office.
