        HIPS was sold 6 months ago to a rude new owner. I tried to exchange a defective item they sold me, and before I could say a word, the man was hostile and disrespectful. Needless to say, he did not accept my return. When I got back in my car, he stuck his head right in the window and stared at me until I drove away. Their BBQ is also not the same as it was 6 months ago. It is now cold, flavorless, and saturated with mayo.
