Trash was a little full, and the first vacuum I got wasnt working so well (theyve been super busy with pollen season) Aside from that the two younger employees were very helpful and worked hard to help each customer. Was fine when it first opened. Now this location is a complete ghetto dump. Music blasting from cars, vacuums rarely work. Always clogged or little to no vacuum at all. Bays are regularly dirty. Its clear that its totally understaffed with no oversight. Price increases without notice.
Shine time just opened a mile away. Great wash with auto mat cleaners. Compressor spray nozzles, super strong vacuums , pre cleaning area before you go in wash. Easy access bays. As well, you can go to any location. Same price as this now forgotten dump.

This car wash and the employees are amazing its the only carwash that can get my truck in with my bumper with no issues im glad i picked up a membership

Ive been going to Tidal Wave for the last year since I moved to Huntsville. I like it because its easy to use and Im always in and out. I also appreciate the customer service from the team, they ensure my car is at its best before I leave. Thank you Tidal Wave team!

Amazing carwash. My absolute favorite place to go. They always do a good job on my car and the staff are always friendly and nice. There was a time the computers were down and they were giving out a free car wash. Best place to go. I 100% recommend!
