White's HANDWASH & DETAIL SHOP

Communication is POOR! I have spoken with this company on 3 different occasions to schedule interior and exterior cleaning. I finally secured an appointment for 9:30 this morning as well as an Uber to accommodate my drop off. When I arrived I was told that they had a funeral to attend and I would not receive my car UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. They then decided to clarify that this is usually the process, which was NEVER disclosed in any of the conversations. This was a waste of time and gas. If their communication skills are this poor I can only imagine what the actual service is like.

I arrived on time for my appt. Waited 25 mins. Then went to tell them I had to go, saw a guy hit the car door they were doing hard enough to knock off paint into a cement wall.

Incredible! I wish we had taken before and after pics of our sons car. He has carried dogs and food and spilled something on every seat. When we picked it up from Whites the car looks new. The team worked around his schedule and even gave our son info on seat covers. I can recommend Whites without reservations. Service: Auto detailing
