I'll start by saying these guys scam you. I purchased a car from them on the 13th and on the 15th the car billowed out smoke, not only from the engine, but through the vents. My family & I had to inhale this. Then I spoke with the general manager trying to return the car. After some back & forth, the general manager then said I could be let out of my contract. Then the store closed down throughout the southeast that day! They conned me out of my old car and sold me a lemon. When I tried to get everything done through their customer service department, they have given me the run around like no other business I've dealt with! I just want them to hold their promise to let me out of my contract, since they sold me a bad car! I don't want them to do this to anyone else!

I went to US Auto because I thought my van was about ready to blow up I found a vehicle I wanted but was unable to obtain it that day because of a mess up on my social security I went ahead and put down 1375 I have not signed any papers yet the next day my husband fixed my van I no longer needed a new vehicle I went back to the car lot to obtain my down payment of 1375 and they have not credited back to me yet this was the first of this month they are thieves do not trust them

I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment at 5pm and got to the doors and they were locked. Door and google both said 7pm. Little bit aggravating
